Did you get to Light Up Lyneham last year, and join the more than 500 people in the Lantern Walk from the shops to the wetlands? Or did you miss it? Well, make sure you don’t miss out this year!
Light Up Lyneham is on Saturday 4 August from 5pm. Features include the Lantern Walk, live music, community stalls, and a great community spirit.
More details later…
Meet some of your local Kurrajong MLAs on Sunday 15 April at 2pm at the Guide Hall, 44 Clianthus St O’Connor.
This will be followed by the Lyneham Community Association’s Annual General Meeting. Come along and find out what we’ve been up to in 2017, and help guide what the LCA does in 2018. Don’t fear being roped onto the committee: nominations have been received for all positions.
Refreshments will be provided following the AGM. Come along and join us.
Come and celebrate the end of another year and looking forward to the holidays.
If you can’t come along, we hope you have a safe and enjoyable end to your year and a positive start to the new year. We look forward to seeing you again in 2018!
Finally, thank you to all those who have contributed to the Lyneham Community Association this year. We achieved lots for Lyneham, starting with the wonderful Summer Soiree in February, Light Up Lyneham in July, stall at Lyneham Primary School Fete in October, engagement with Government about a range of Lyneham issues throughout the year, a survey and gathering of ideas for improving Lyneham, and much more.
See you at the celebration or in the new year.
